  • Sterile positioner on top of the O.R. table
  • Greater surgeon access to the ankle from both the lateral or distal end of the OR table
  • Single lever clamp securely attaches positioner to the O.R. table side rail over the sterile drape without perforation
  • Distractor technology has been used on over 20,000 knee procedures in the OR
  • The surgeon has finite control of distraction in the sterile field
I can clearly see the amount of distraction through the arthroscope with the De Mayo distractor. With other ankle distraction methods, the scope could not always be in place and I would have to approximate the amount of distraction. With the IMP device, I can hold the scope with one hand and use the other hand to distract. It’s simplicity itself – just one ‘click’ to distract and another ‘click’ to release.
