Customer Service Manager
Kathy graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a concentration in Marketing and has 35 years of work experience in the Medical Field, including Sales ( Medical Device & Capital Equipment), Purchasing, Customer Service Management, Product Management. In 2020, Kathy joined the IMP team and is responsible for managing the customer service team and works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations. On a personal note, Kathy enjoys helping others, reading, traveling, and saving animals.
