Director of Operations / Regulatory

Besides being the Director of Operations and Regulatory at Innovative Medical Products, Rich is also the Managing Partner for Brown Larkin & Co. Brown Larkin was created with the express intent to guide Connecticut manufacturers with improvements in management, productivity, management information systems, and quality management systems in order for them to compete in a global economy. Brown Larkin has completed over 250 registrations to date in various quality management systems including ISO 9001, AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO 13485.

Rich is a Certified Quality Engineer from the American Society for Quality. He has a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Auburn University. Rich was the Chair of Central Connecticut State University’s Institute for Technology and Business Development (ITBD) from 2008-2010, the Executive Secretary for New England Spring and Metalstampers Association from 2003-2006.

Rich is also a Past President of Bristol Rotary and a Paul Harris Fellow in Rotary International. Rich has served on several not-for-profit boards in Connecticut.
